GENERAL RENT CONDITIONS

In order to give a reservation as confirmed and firm, it is necessary to pay 40% of the total of this.

The maximum time to confirm the reservation is 10 days from the moment the customer receives the pre-booking email. If in this period the customer has not paid, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
Upon receipt of the payment and signal, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the corresponding payment receipt.
The balance payment is charged by default and automatically the day before arrival, if the customer prefers to pay on the day of arrival, he can do so in cash. Keys will not be handed over without full payment of the reservation.
A few days before arrival, an email will be sent requesting the data to be able to register the guests. In the case of not doing so before entry, it is necessary to present the DNI or passport of all those staying on the day of arrival.
The rental price includes the reasonable and non-abuseful consumption of water, electricity, gas and WIFI. Espai S’Agaró and the property is not responsible for problems with the supplies attributable to the management companies or others beyond their responsibility.
The rental price includes bed linen and towels. If customers want an extra change of clothes, they must pay 15 euros per person.
Keep in mind that when paying the balance, you must pay the corresponding tourist tax: €1 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (from 16 years old).
Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but you must leave the accommodation clean and tidy,
The number of people allowed to stay must be the same as agreed upon in the reservation.
Pets are allowed with prior authorization and with a supplement of €35 per pet.

ARRIVAL TIME
Arrival time is from 4pm. Key collection will be at Espai S’Agaró, unless something different has previously been agreed upon.

TIME OF DEPARTURE
Departures take place at 10am at the latest. The keys are left in the box at Espai S’Agaró.

GUARANTEE/DEPOSIT
The deposit varies between €200 and €400 depending on the accommodation. In card payments, the amount is retained as a guarantee deposit and will be returned automatically 4 days after the same (period in which the agency verifies the state of the accommodation and compliance with the regulations during the stay .) In the other forms of payment it must be paid at check-in.
The full return of the deposit will be made as long as the accommodation is returned in the same conditions as the entry, the general and specific regulations of each community have been respected.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Can be canceled with the right to a refund and notice up to 30 days before arrival, with the exception of cancellation fees (2% of the payment done).
If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the payment and deposit is retained and if it is canceled 15 days before entering, the return of the pay and signal

GENERAL REGULATIONS
No smoking inside the accommodation.
In accommodations that allow pets, it is essential that they do not cause damage to the furniture and do not disturb the neighborhood. Espai S’Agaró will provide extra covers and/or throws for the sofa. In the event of hypothetical damage, the repair will be the responsibility of the lessee.
Accommodations integrated into a community of neighbors will be governed by their internal regulations and/or community statutes.
At the time of departure, the accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was found, having thrown away the garbage generated and collected the kitchen, without washing utensils. The empty fridge, lights and fans turned off and the bed linen and towels collected.
It is necessary to respect the night rest of the neighbors and to minimize the noise and volume of conversations from 11pm (in communities that have their own internal regulations, you must follow what they mark)

Booking the accommodation implies that the customer accepts the conditions and regulations set out above.
